Tarah Epstein Baiman is founder of The Orphan Society of America (OSA), a non-profit, nondenominational organization devoted to providing the highest standards of physical, emotional, scholastic and spiritual care to America’s orphans and their caregivers through specialized services and facilities. OSA’s vision is for every orphan to have a permanent home, a loving family and a positive sense of self.

Ms. Baiman has drawn on her own experiences as an orphan in creating OSA’s innovative programs.

She was educated at Syracuse and Harvard and is currently pursuing a certificate in
Nonprofit Executive Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.
